It’s the program we create to ensure that all tribesmen have access to all services that is available to them. It’s also to keep track of data and information that is important for each tribesman and to ensure the competence of the system for your benefit. Our tribal system is a function of the government and must always be for the people and tribesmen of our tribal nation.
